These allow you place extra restrictions on the search results. The filters that end with (Exact) match the value exactly. For example:
An "Address Filter" with the value "45 Main St" will match property addresses such as "12345 Main St" and "12345 Main St. East"
An "Address Filter(Exact)" with the value "45 Main St." will only ever match listings where the property address is "45 Main St."
Note: Filters can be removed by your users once the mls search is loaded, these are just defaults.
Note: Multiple values can be seperated by commas.
